CherYsh Trust and KLS Forge Partnership to Empower Rural Youth
On April 21, 2025, CherYsh Trust and the Karnatak Law Society (KLS) came
together at VDIT, Haliyal to launch a strategic partnership focused on empowering
rural youth through skill development and technology.
Key outcomes of the meeting included:
● Plans to deliver skill-based training and promote entrepreneurship
● Strengthening digital literacy using tools like Raspberry Pi
● Supporting PUC and college access for meritorious students
● Technical support from VDIT’s Electronics Department
● A roadmap toward a formal MoU for long-term collaboration
Key attendees included Dr. Zar Amrolia (CherYsh America Foundation), Ms. Sapna
Ravindran (CEO, CherYsh Trust), and Dr. V. A. Kulkarni (Principal, VDIT), along with
senior faculty.
