February 26th, 2026 - our team met with Dr. Ishwar Ullagaddi, Additional Commissioner (Public Instruction), School Education Department, Dharwad Division.
Dr. Ullagaddi is a senior Karnataka Administrative Service (KAS) official who has previously served in administrative leadership roles including Additional District Collector and education sector leadership in Belagavi and Dharwad divisions.
During this meeting, we discussed potential collaboration with government authorities to implement ESM Shikshas across Uttara Karnataka. The conversation focused on aligning our educational models with state priorities, exploring avenues for systemic support, and identifying partnership opportunities that can help scale quality education, especially in government schools.
We are excited about the positive engagement and look forward to continuing conversations with Dr. Ullagaddi and the education department to support broader impact in the region.

February 26th, 2026 - our team had the privilege of meeting R. V. Deshpande in Haliyal.
During the meeting, we formally introduced the CherYsh team and shared an overview of our mission, vision, and ongoing initiatives across the region. We discussed the impact of our ESM, STEM, and AI learning programs and presented our strategic expansion plans for the coming year, particularly in rural and semi-urban communities.
The interaction was encouraging and constructive. We highlighted our commitment to strengthening government school ecosystems, building local capacity through Learning Facilitator training, and expanding community-based AI and STEM labs. The discussion also focused on scaling sustainable education models that align with state academic priorities.
We are grateful for the opportunity to present our work and look forward to continued collaboration in advancing quality education initiatives in the region.

February 25th, 2026 - the CherYsh team visited KLE Society and had a productive meeting with Dr. B. L. Desai and Dr. Vijayalakshmi.
During the discussion, we presented our proposed AI curriculum framework and explored pathways for structured implementation across institutions. The conversation focused on academic alignment, phased rollout of the AI syllabus, faculty orientation, and integration within existing learning ecosystems.
We also discussed opportunities for meaningful collaboration through the engagement of KLE student volunteers. The idea is to create a strong volunteer-driven academic support model where trained KLE volunteers can assist in AI labs, mentor students, and contribute to community-based digital learning initiatives.
The meeting was constructive and forward-looking, marking an important step toward institutional collaboration and strengthening AI education through academic partnerships.

February 24th, 2026 - We inaugurated the new lab at GHPS Kantankunte, Doddaballapur, in collaboration with ANSR Foundation.
We were honored to have Ms. Samitha Manoharan join us for the inauguration, along with her team members Trisha and Vaibhav. Their presence and active participation made the event truly special.
We are grateful that Ms. Samitha took the time to visit, interact with the students, and understand the vision behind the lab. Her encouragement and support strengthen our commitment to building vibrant learning spaces that empower young minds through technology and innovation. The inauguration marks another meaningful step toward expanding access to quality STEM education in government schools.












February 23th, 2026 - International Board Meeting
On 23rd February, we convened our International Board Meeting at the ISI Office in Benson Town. The meeting brought together all our esteemed board members, along with our newly formed team — Mr. Suresh, Ms. Spoorthi, Mr. Renuka, and Dr. Atmaja as well as our Haliyal Manager, Ms. Shantha.
The session was marked by thoughtful discussions, strategic planning, and a shared commitment to strengthening our programs and expanding our impact. It was encouraging to see collective vision and collaboration guiding the next phase of our journey.



Inspired by Young Minds: Reflections from Our Hubli School Visit
Our visit to a government school in Hubli was truly inspiring. We had the chance to interact with the children, observe their learning environment, and understand their daily experiences. Their curiosity, energy, and eagerness to learn left a lasting impression on us. This experience reinforced our commitment to supporting quality education and creating opportunities for every child to thrive. We came away with valuable insights that will guide our future programs and initiatives



Exploring Experiential Learning at Agastya Foundation, Hubli
We visited the Agastya Foundation in Hubli, where we had the opportunity to explore their innovative learning spaces and interact with the children. It was inspiring to see hands-on science and creative learning in action. The children’s curiosity, enthusiasm, and eagerness to experiment left a lasting impression on us. This visit gave us valuable insights into experiential education and reinforced our commitment to fostering a love for learning in every child.

A Heartwarming Visit to Haldikotte School
During our visit to Haldikotte School, we were warmly welcomed by the students and staff. We had the opportunity to interact with the children, understand their learning experiences, and witness their enthusiasm firsthand. Their energy, curiosity, and eagerness to engage left a deep impression on us. The visit was a reminder of the importance of nurturing every child’s potential and inspired us to continue supporting meaningful educational initiatives.



Exploring Skill Development at DPITI, Haliyal
We visited the Deshpande Private Industrial Training Institute (DPITI) in Haliyal, a leading technical training centre established in 2004 and promoted by the Shri V. R. Deshpande Memorial Trust. DPITI offers skill-based I.T.I. courses and vocational training that empower rural youth with practical skills and enhance their employability. During our visit, we had insightful interactions with trainers and students, witnessed hands-on learning in state-of-the-art workshops, and learned about the institute’s mission to support skill development and sustainable livelihoods. The experience deepened our appreciation of vocational education’s role in transforming lives and strengthening communities

We had the privilege of attending the year-end showcase by the students of a Government School in Haliyal. The event was a celebration of creativity, learning, and confidence, as students presented their projects, performances, and achievements from the academic year. Their hard work, talent, and growth were truly inspiring, reflecting the collective efforts of teachers, facilitators, and the community

During our visit to Haliyal, we also offered prayers at the revered Durga Mata Temple to seek blessings for our continued journey. The moment was one of reflection and gratitude, reinforcing our commitment to serve with sincerity, dedication, and purpose.

The Year-End Exhibition at the CherYsh Haliyal Resource Centre (CHRC) was a proud and joyful celebration of student learning. The event showcased projects, models, and creative presentations developed by the students over the academic year, reflecting their curiosity, critical thinking, and hands-on engagement. Meeting our ‘Little Scientists’ was truly inspiring. Their confidence in explaining their experiments, their excitement about discovery, and their innovative ideas highlighted the transformative power of experiential learning. The exhibition stood as a testament to the dedication of our Learning Facilitators and the enthusiasm of every child who participated.

April 16, 2025 -Carolynn, one of our board members, delivered a highly successful lecture at KLE.
CherYsh Trust and KLE Technological University, through the School of Management Studies and Research (SMSR) and the Center for Engineering Education Research (CEER), organized an inspiring expert talk titled “Future-Ready Leadership: Essential Skills for the Next Generation of Business Leaders.”
The session featured Dr. Carolynn Cameron, Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer at McElhanney, Canada, who shared her extensive global experience in leadership, talent development, and organizational transformation. Dr. Cameron emphasized the importance of emotional intelligence, adaptability, and continuous learning as key traits for future leaders navigating the evolving business landscape.
The session encouraged students and faculty to cultivate leadership grounded in empathy, innovation, and resilience. It highlighted how academic institutions and organizations can work together to build leadership capacity for tomorrow’s challenges.

April 22, 2025 - Zar, one of our board members, delivered a highly successful lecture at KLE.
CherYsh partnered with KLE Technological University’s School of Management Studies and Research (SMSR) and the Center for Engineering Education Research (CEER) to host an expert talk titled “A Career in Finance, Technology and Entrepreneurship – Lifetime Lessons.”
The session featured Dr. Zar Amrolia, Co-CEO of XTX Markets, London, who drew from his extensive global experience to discuss how technology and data-driven innovation are transforming financial markets and creating new entrepreneurial opportunities. He emphasized the importance of adaptability, ethics, and continuous learning for young professionals aspiring to lead in a rapidly evolving world.
Students and faculty engaged in an interactive Q&A session, exploring career pathways that merge technology with business leadership. The event reflected CherYsh’s ongoing commitment to empowering young minds through exposure to global perspectives and fostering a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship.
