CherYsh Empower
Impact Measurement and Transparency
At CherYsh, we are deeply committed to accountability and continuous improvement. Every initiative is guided by clear objectives and measurable outcomes. By rigorously tracking our impact and openly sharing our progress, we foster trust with stakeholders and ensure our efforts translate into meaningful, long-term benefits. The CherYsh model stands out for its focused approach, innovative implementation, and measurable results.
From Learning to Livelihoods
Through transformative programs such as the Learning “Shiksha” Initiative and Livelihoods “Saadhna” & “Shakti” Initiatives, CherYsh has significantly contributed to the holistic development of rural communities. By reaching rural villages and leveraging technology, we ensure every young girl gains access to modern education and every woman discovers a purpose through sustainable livelihoods. CherYsh is ready to scale our initiatives to create a powerful, sustainable learning ecosystem for our nation—one village at a time.
STEAM Education for Rural Education and Empowerment
CherYsh is committed to delivering STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) education through after-school programs held at government school premises. By utilizing modern tools and engaging content, we empower students with skills for the future.
Learning Education Centres “Shikshas”
CherYsh Shiksha provides children in rural India with holistic development opportunities through After-School Learning Centres. These village-based learning spaces offer a supportive and inclusive environment where children thrive. Our education programs cater to three key demographic groups:
- Junior Shikshas (Ages 3–7): Building foundational skills through playful learning.
- English Shikshas (Ages 7–14): Strengthening literacy and critical thinking.
- E-Shikshas (Ages 12–18): Preparing adolescents with digital and vocational skills.
Livelihood Empowerment
The key to this education “shiksha” initiative is the empowerment of local women, who are trained as Learning Facilitators and Technology Educators. Currently, over 1,000 children across 30+ villages benefit from the program. Training is provided to equip young women to become learning facilitators and master trainers as well as entrepreneurial guidance to Empower those – women that seek to build home based businesses.
